I live in your district, and I’m calling about the housing floor votes coming up this week. Four of the Nix-the-Nine housing bills have been tabled. I/we urge you to vote NO on: (for Senators) AB-725 and AB-2345. (for Assembly members) SB-995, SB-1085, and SB-1120. Without state funding to build housing, these bills benefit developers and weaken environmental protections and local control. They don’t provide affordable housing. I urge you to vote NO. Protect our communities!
If your legislator was one of the people who didn’t vote or voted no (see list below), add this opening sentence: Thank you for opposing one or more of the housing bills.
2. Call other legislators who have voted no or had No Vote Recorded (NVR). See names and phone numbers below.
